- 1 red pepper (finely diced)
- 1 onion (small, finely diced)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 salsa (any kind you like)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 10 flour tortillas (small, fajita size)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- non-stick cooking spray (or olive oil, I used organic coconut oil cooking spray)
