- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk (I use whole milk)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (cut into chunks)

Very good, easy to make. Never thought of using cream cheese, I will definitely use it again. The only changes I made was adding rice, thyme and rosemary.

This was excellent. I had left over turkey breast so I used that and added some garlic powder to the potatoes and carrots while cooking. Just four shakes of it. Excellent recipe.

So very tasty! I think this is going to be my new favorite soup recipe. The only thing I did differently was to add about a teaspoon or so of Cajun seasoning.

perfect for a cold winter day. only thing I changed was half and half instead of milk.
not the first time making this. Salad, hot homemade rolls, glass of wine. Perfect dinner for any family. A must add to your recipe box. YUM!!!!
