First of all this is a short-cut Crawfish Fettucine recipe and it’s very delicious. Cest bon!
*I used yellow onion & green onions. I added a good amount of thinly sliced garlic cloves as well. I also used about 1 tsp. of creole seasoning.
*A really good tip that I also learned when using frozen crawfish is to soak them in about 2 Tbsp. Crawfish boil added to a bowl of cleaned crawfish with water and let it hang out a while. It really gives the crawfish that Louisian flair!
