- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 5.5 oz. vegetable juice
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 lb. crawfish (cooked, tails)
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- Cajun seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Original Blend, to taste)
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- hot sauce (Dash of Slap Ya Mama Cajun, or Green Pepper Sauce )
- 16 oz. round bread (Hawaiian sweet)
- chopped fresh parsley (Garnish:, optional)
- crackers (Assorted, to serve)
