- 200 grams apple (fresh, finely chopped, about 2 large apples)
- 100 grams cranberries (you can use goji berries for a super duper antioxidant boost)
- 50 grams almonds (chopped)
- 50 grams pistachios
- 50 grams pepitas
- 50 grams almond meal
- 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or butter)
- 200 mL milk (any you like)
- 50 grams desiccated coconut (or shaved)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp. protein powder (your favourite, to the mix., optional)
