  • 100 grams cranberries (you can use goji berries for a super duper antioxidant boost)
  • 50 grams almonds (chopped)
  • 50 grams pistachios
  • 50 grams pepitas
  • 50 grams almond meal
  • 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or butter)
  • 200 milliliters milk (any you like)
  • 50 grams desiccated coconut (or shaved)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (your favourite, to the mix.)
