These were delicious! I only made 2 changes though. I used both quick oats (2 C) and rolled oats (3/4 C). I did this because in the past my oatmeal cookies would stick together in a cookie jar or ziplock bag and someone told me to use quick oats. I don't know if that would happen in tis recipe, but I made the change anyway. The other thing I changed was I had raisins AND dried cranberries because I didn't have enough cranberries. It came out fine anyways. I think the best thing about these cookies is the combination of flavors of the walnuts cranberries and oats. YUM!!
