This came out very well and it was good, and my husband loved it!

The over all taste is great. I'm sure I can improve this dish. I used 6 thighs. Double the croutons and tossed them the melted butter for better coverage. Covered first 20 min. Then uncover so croutons can get crunchy. I also used 3/4 cup cranberries cause I love cranberries. I used a mix of provolone and Swiss. I'm sure any cheese would be good. This recipe has texture. The biggest change is salt and pepper the chicken.
