This was absolutely amazing. Used a whole small bottle of jillz apple cider 0%, 3 large spoons of vinegar and boiled for 20/25 minutes. Reduced a lot and only added two spoons of oil. was very sweet, went perfectly with strongly roasted pecans (roasting is worth it), and the other ingredients. Didn't fry the goatscheese, less calories and the taste was perfect. Used 1 spoon honey instead of maple syrup.
