- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. chia seed
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (depends on how sweet you want it)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 dash pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked 2 hrs to 24 hrs)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- fresh cranberries (or dried, few tbsp's)
- banana (slices)
- pecans (toasted or crushed, or walnuts, 1 -2 tbsp)
