- 1 cup frozen cranberries (or fresh, if using frozen do not thaw)
- 8 oz. full fat cream cheese (1 block ,a little softer than room temperature)
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter (a little softer than room temperature)
- 4 cups confectioners sugar (more if needed)
- 2 tsp. orange zest (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade (cranberry, see post for more on this, optional)
