It turned out fantastic. I added golden raisins as well. Would definitely make it again.

Make this every year for thanksgiving and potlucks around the holidays! People just eat it up!

I loved this recipe. I made it with fresh orange juice from 2 oranges plus water to make up the 3/4 cup of juice, and dried cranberries which I rehydrated with boiling water. Baked it in a 6 hole Texas size muffin tin and it was perfect. May have gone a little lighter on the orange zest, I didn't measure.
