This salmon dish was very delicious! I used the recipe as a guide as I had most of the ingredients on hand. I made extra cranberry sauce too. I really enjoyed the flavor of sweetened cranberries over glazed baked salmon. I would make this again for sure.

The main change I'd make is not reusing the marinade portion in my sauce/glaze. The fish leaves behind a cloudy aspect after marinating, and the sauce lost some of the brightness in presentation.
