- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter (organic, or almond butter)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (pure organic)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for rolling, optional)
