Turned out very good! I enjoy cranberry and found this as a perfect way to use up leftover cranberries from the holidays.

It was different. It had a great Flavor even though the cranberries were tart everything else around it was sweet. We really liked it

Great recipe I was able to make for my mom who loves cranberry....anything! We substitute all milk products out due to family dairy allergies, and this was an attractive, tasty, fun dessert!
