I made it exactly as written. It is wonderful. My batter was very thick but it is moist and not dry. We love it.

This is so easy to make and so delicious! I made it with 1 cup cranberries and 1 cup raisins. It took exactly 1/2 cup buttermilk. The batter is ever so slightly too sweet for me, so next time I will add a little less sugar.

Delicious!!!!! I make this every year for Christmas. I do 1 cup cranberries and 1 cup blueberries and it is incredible!

I used a 9x13 glass pan, and instead of sprinkling with sugar on top I made an orange glaze. butter knife is integral and getting the sticky batter into the pan. 28 mins at 350. love this!

Freaking amazing!!!!!-made it again-note to self-I used dried cranberries (as fresh is not in season yet) and it still turned out great!

I made this recipe a couple of nights ago and it is really good and full of orange flavour.The cranberry adds a nice tart flavour that mixes well. I will be keeping this recipe 👍

Delicious, and not too sweet! 😋I used whole wheat pastry flour. I'm not sure why the recipe calls for 1/2 cup of buttermilk. I had to use almost two cups to get a batter consistency. I would definitely make this again, and try different fruits. 🍒🍌🍐
