I’ve been using this recipe for about a year now! I get asked to bring them all the time now. Highly recommend! Easy to make and incredibly delicious.

It was very yummy. I didn’t change a thing. Already have friends asking me for the recipe.

Love anything cranberry/ orange and this hits the spot! I used a small mandarin orange for zest and squeezed some of the juice into the batter. I’ve also made a glaze for the top instead of icing sugar. Really good both ways.

Super good! I admit, I made a few changes. My 9x13 pan was dirty, so I baked them in a 9x9, and I used the juice from the orange + powdered sugar to make a glaze that I drenched the bars with right after I pulled them out of the oven. The bars were thicker than pictured (duh), and very dense/moist. The glaze gave the top a bit of a crunchy crispness. Really, really good!

Only took 30 min in the oven for me, browned crust but perfectly nice and chewy. I used half dried cranberries and half frozen mixed berries, topped with walnuts.

this is pretty sweet and definitely a dessert. served with vanilla ice cream and everyone enjoyed. i thought that it was a bit too sweet and thought maybe serving with unsweetened whipped cream might be good.

It's good, but not a true bar. It's more of a quick bread being forced into being a bar.

Family loved these. Fresh, light not too sweet with a nice tang from cranberries. Made these twice.

Since fresh cranberries are now in the market, I chose to make this recipe. I only put in one cup of sugar but I did dust it with powdered sugar. This is a very good, not too sweet, tangy bar! I imagine it would be slightly moister with the extra sugar but the cranberries give it enough moistness to carry the day! I plan to make this again for the holidays.

Good way to get rid of the old cranberries and pecans i didn't know how to use and couldn't put them in the trash or my mom would 😱. I soaked the cranberries in some water for a few hours so they could be moist with how long they were in our pantry. Put way less sugar bc it's cane sugar and it's more sweet than the beet white one and added the juice of an orange instead of the zest since they aren't organic. And smashed the old pecans with some 1st pression extra olive oil. And added salt with the flour and baking powder by habit. Still in the oven but it smells really really good already. Thanks !
Edit: 30-35min only needed for the oven at 180°C

A great dessert! Not too sweet, with a delicious tart/sweet flavor. Very easy to make!

These are easy to make and so good. The orange zest adds a little zing but doesn’t have to be added. Also, I didn’t add nuts and it didn’t matter. I’ve made these twice now and will make again!

These bars are nice and chewy. They’re just sweet enough to offset the tartness of the cranberries. I think next time I would add a quarter teaspoon of salt and use the juice from the orange with some powdered sugar to make a simple drizzle for the top. I’ll make these again!

Delicious I used more cranberries and cooked at a slightly higher temp 375 (due to other cooking) they had a nice crust on top
