- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
- 2 large eggs (cold is ok)
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted, but not hot)
- 4 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose unbleached flour (*measured correctly)
- 1 tsp. clementine zest
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
