Tastes wonderful - I didn't have any fresh cranberries so I substituted craisins with a 1/4 cup applesauce. Definitely make theses again.

These turned out good! I always tend to overfill my muffin tin to make BIG muffins so I actually ended up with a perfect dozen with the recipe as written. Will definitely make again!

Followed directions exactly. Easy to make. Very light with just enough sweetness. I left peel on apple.
