- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups cookie crumbs (Ginger Snaps, around 30 cookies)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 salted butter (cold stick of, cut into small cubes)
