A hit at Thanksgiving, with a few modifications: I did not add any brown sugar or shallots as I forgot them at the store. Didn’t need any more sugar for our taste than the white sugar listed. I let the sauce simmer for closer to 25 minutes as it didn’t quite look thick enough after the written amount of time. Really amazing, will be making again soon!
