- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour (divided)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups fresh cranberries (rinsed and spread on a paper towel to dry)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse sugar (for sprinkling)
