It might have been the size of the chicken breasts that we used but it didn’t turn out as good as we had hoped. I cut the breasts into chunks and some of them didn’t cook completely and some of the broccoli didn’t cook through. I cooked it at the recommended temp and time.
Next time we will adjust the seasonings, probably cook the chicken and broccoli prior to adding the rest of the ingredients and cooking in the oven.
We like the dish but just feel like we need to tweak the recipe slightly. I’m sure it will get more stars next time.
