- 1 Tbsp. Italian parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. roasted red peppers (or fresh red peppers finely chopped, may be left out)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet onions (finely chopped, you may sub any type of onion you like)
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 fresh lemon juice (squeeze of)
- 1 head cabbage (cored and sliced very thinly)
- 1/2 red pepper (small, or carrot, sliced thinly and chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 large potatoes (washed and cut into shoe string french fries)
- 2 cups canola oil (to fry potatoes)
- old bay seasoning (to taste)
