It was really good! Although, I didn’t use the pimento and I had to finely chop everything instead of a chopper, but it still turned out awesome. Next time I will definitely need to double up the recipe!

This was enjoy at a dinner party I held. The only difference I would add is some Panko bread crumbs to soak up some of the moisture.
