Trying to figure out how it's physiologically possible for something to taste this good. No instructions on cooking the meat, so the internet told me to sear it in the pan and finish in the oven. I thought I'd done something wrong when I cut it, but it was just that tender. I probably doubled the whiskey, so it came out a little sweeter, which is OK with me. Each component of the dish has its own flavor and you can taste them all with each bite.
