- 1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 10 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 8 oz. crabmeat (canned, drained)
- 6 English muffins (split)

Directions
- Cream together butter and cheeses.
- Mix in mayo, tabasco, and crabmeat.
- Divide crab mixture into 12 equal portions and spread a portion on each muffin half.
- Cut each muffin half into 8 pieces, spread on cookie sheet and freeze 1 hr.
- Broil puffs for 3 minutes until brown and bubbly.
