- hard boiled eggs (*diced, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. milk (or cream)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
