- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Colman's Mustard Powder
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese (can sub mont. jack)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 lb. penne pasta (cooked, can use elbow, rotini, or your favorite)
- 1/2 lb. crab meat (or more of, lump or claw - up to you)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (Colman's)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 bunch green onions (diced)

Sooooo.. delish! Didn’t roast the shallot and garlic just sautéed them and turned out pretty good. My girls was so impressed! Yummy thank you for the recipe.
