- 1/3 cup clarified butter
- 1/2 sauce (recipe ravigote, with crabmeat)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves (for garnish, optional)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet peppers (minced)
- 1/4 cup sweet peppers (green, or Anaheim peppers, minced)
