Very good. My husband and I liked it. I followed the recipe except I put just a little , very little, of Japanese bread crumbs across the plate, so as I portioned the crab mixture with a 1/3 cup measuring cup, onto the plate, and then turned them over, both sides had a few bread crumbs. They didn’t stick to my hands. They cooked so good. They were light and was not heavy. The ingredients were just right for our taste. My favorite crab cake recipe.

Excellent! I added a bit of old bay. They were delicious! Good crab makes a highe difference

awesome recipe! added some lemon juice & baked them instead of fried. turned out great.
