- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. canela (or more if you really like cinnamon...I do!)
- 1/2 tsp. all-spice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce (I made my own because I definitely didn't have it on hand, recipe below - however you could probably use shredded zucchini to help make the bread moist as well)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups apples (chopped, skin removed)
- 6 crab apples (pealed and chopped)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. canela
