very good! be careful with the cayenne as a little goes a long way with this recipe. a couple changes i made due to my kitchen setup: food processor ended up with a near puree of the onion, i didnt have balsamic vinegar so instead used apple cider vinegar with some sugar. bet it would be even better with no changes!
