Amazing cookies. They were crispy on the outside and sof and chewy on the inside. Everyone loved the cowboy cookies. One thing I changed was; instead of putting a whole 2 and a quarter cups of flour I put in a quarter cup of coconut flour. It’s was tasty. Thank you for the recipe.
