Perfect and delicious
I added two tablespoon dried cranberries and used instant quacker. At the end I had to add half an eag beaten to fhe batter to become mire unified

I used coconut for the oil, and added a half teaspoon of baking soda, about a third of the white flour I substituted sprouted whole wheat flout and toasted the pecans. Thought I could add a bit of almond flour and maybe some maple syrup. I really like this recipe!
