The flavor is great, however the bake time is way off. First batch started to burn at 14 minutes and by watching more closely on the next ones they only needed about 9 minutes(could be that I used my toaster oven). I used unsweetened applesauce for the butter, no white sugar, coconut sugar for the brown, processed the oats into flour, and used about 3/4 c of chocolate chips.

They smell good however I messed up and accidentally made them too runny and so now I have a giant cookie because they all ran together so I guess instead of a cowboy cookie I have a Texas cowboy cookie lol
