- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 eggs (beaten)
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 pizza crust (recipe, 1/2 of above recipe)
- olive oil (for brushing)
