- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
- 16 oz. butter beans (rinsed and drained, or you can substitute another can of Pinto Beans)
- 15 oz. red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz. pork & beans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed, use 1/4 cup if you like your beans less sweet)
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 12 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled, or one, 3-ounce package crumbled bacon pieces)
