- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 8 oz. water chestnuts (sliced, drained and chopped into raisin sized pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. pickled jalapeno (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (vegan, optional)
