Lovely, the couscous was a bit bland so I added Harissa, dates and Maïs. Also made 4 peppers, so we can enjoy a second time!

This recipe turned out amazing! Easy to make and such good flavours and textures. I had it both cooked and just the filling cold (extra not cooked in a pepper) and loved both!
