Modified it by heating the whole dish in a wok and added sundried tomatoes rather then fresh. Will be making it again

It came out very wet. I would suggest only grating the skin of the courgette for the spaghetti

My daughter wanted to make this... I would never have considered it myself. Quite simply awesome! We will be making this many more times. We swapped the walnuts for almonds.
