Delicious!!! I'm no cook but this was easy (very easy) and melt in your mouth tender!

Excellent flavor, but mine were very over done. However, it’s worth attempting again with less time!

Turned out amazing!!! I used stone ground mustard instead of Dijon and I used an espresso spice rub instead for seasoning!! Hubby gave it two thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻.. will definitely make this again!

Since it was my fasting day (doing 5:2), I did not eat, but husband LOVED it. I did make enough for my lunch tomorrow. LOL.
