The country Fried Steak turned out amazing, I didn’t make the gravy I used white gravy instead but the steak was tender and coated perfectly. I reduced the amount of cayenne pepper because I was feeding my granddaughter who isn’t big on spicy foods. I would caution you to double the coating recipe if using more than exactly one pound of meat but other than that it was great!
