    It’s about as good as eggs, bacon, potatoes and cheese usually are. This feels less like a recipe and more like your college friend describing how they took everything out of the fridge and dumped it into a pan. Largely it just tasted like mouthfuls of bacon, which is delicious don’t get me wrong, but you don’t need a recipe to make mouthfuls of bacon.

    We added more bacon, potatoes and cheese than the recipe called for but this breakfast skillet was so good. It was also approved by my picky toddler.

    It turned out great, I’m very young and this was my first big meal that I’ve cooked. I will definitely cook it again. I suggest swapping the bell pepper for mushrooms.

    Turned out great. Used Adobo seasoning and a cheese blend. I cooked the bacon in a separate skillet and used the bacon grease to do the potatoes and peppers. Tip: cut the potato pieces small so they don’t take forever to cook!

    I changed it a bit and it was delicious. Changes; breakfast sausage instead of bacon sliced potatoes that were steamed instead of fried scrambled eggs instead of over easy style eggs

    Prepping and cooking went very smoothly. I wish the eggs weren’t so tight together when I put them in the skillet, though that was my own fault. Overall, the dish was quite delicious. I love having a mixture of bacon, eggs, and veggies for having a well balanced breakfast.

    It was pretty much as expected, was a very good breakfast skillet. We added onion and hot sauce on top. We ate it for dinner and will be adding it to our favorite recipe list.

    It turned out amazing! For two people we did add an extra cup of red potatoes and a little bit more cheese. Cook time on the potatoes was a little longer than listed, but followed the instructions for the rest of the time. It was incredibly satisfying on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend.

    Very good. I replaced bacon with uncured turkey bacon to reduce the sodium content. Still turned out quite tasty. I may cut some onions into the mix next time for a little more flavor.
