- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream

Directions
- Cut butter into flour with two knives
- Add baking powder, soda, salt, and sugar
- Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients and pour buttermilk & cream and stir.
- Roll and cut into circles
- Bake until golden brown
