SO YUMMY! Muffins are super moist and the apples add such a nice, tangy flavor to balance out the sweetness of the cinnamon sugar

I made the bread version which took a couple extra steps to get to. I used frozen apples from my tree, which were fully prepared (peeled, cored and sliced) in medium freezer bags. I used the whole bad, so don’t be shy with the amount of apples. The cake took an hour and a half to bake, but absolutely worth it! The cake itself was unexpectedly very light! It was great warm with ice cream and also very good cooled. This recipe isn’t too sweet and works well for a dessert or a breakfast! Very happy with this and after a week, I’m making it again!

Delicious muffins! I added a little extra milk to the batter because mine was a bit thick but I highly recommend this recipe!
