- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 small yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 rib celery (chopped)
- 2 carrots (chopped, about 1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped, or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped, or ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 1/2 lb. potatoes (Yukon gold or russet potatoes)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (freshly)
