This was good - I put it on some bruchetta-like bread - but I wasn't going to eat an entire loaf. So, I used the above recipe, put the remaining bread on the bottom of muffin tins, then, mixed the above recipe with broccoli rice (Costco), sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichokes, a carton of egg whites (Costco), topped them with Feta cheese, and cooked them for breakfast bites. THESE ARE AMAZING!
