I followed the recipe fully and was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I will definitely be making these again and eating once again even sooner as I made 3 and had sufficient remaining to make more pancakes tomorrow

Made with quark and gluten free flour, added some blueberries, fried in coconut oil and cut some banana & strawberries on top to serve. It was delicious! Turn heat down and cook for 3 mins on each side. I’ve tried about 5 different “healthy” recipes and none looked or tasted as these they were the real deal pancakes! Even my kidos ❤️

These pancakes were fluffy and had the perfect sweetness with a bit of maple syrup or peanut butter. My only concern was that they were browning very quickly but we're not fully cooked inside so I lowered the heat to medium low and made them the tablespoon size but spread the batter so it was a bit thinner. One of the healthiest pancake recipes that I have found so far that actually turned out good!

deliciouse! origionally i was kinda iffy about the tast, but with every bite i grew to like it a bit more. personally (because we were out of honey) i used one table spoon of maple syrup instead and that seemed to do the trick. definitely doing this one again!

Tried to make waffles because I don't care for pancakes. They stick to the waffle iron. My iron doesn't have temperature settings or controls. I made the tbsp size pancakes. Yummy!!! I used coconut flour as the flour, egg whites instead of eggs, and added 3 tbsp whole wheat flour. I will add 1/2 almond extract and 1/2 vanilla extract the next time. I used agave as the sweetener. They smell and taste so good. Since I'm on a weight loss plan, I only used a few drops of maple syrup. Next time I'll use some blended fruit as a syrup. They really don't need syrup. I can have a bread texture without the high carbs with the benefit of protein. Thanks!!!

These were one of the best pancakes I ever ate! So light but still giving you a full feeling afterwards. I made some of them with blueberries in the dough mixture, those were a delight!
Thank you so much for this recipe! :D
