- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest (no white bitter pith)
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup light rum (or more orange juice)
- 1 cup flour (with, until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
