Tried it twice, and not thrilled. The wet/dry ration is wrong (you’ll want 3/4 cup coconut milk), and once mixed it need to sit to absorb. This only serves 2, so double the recipe. These cakes tend to take a long time to fully cook (dense), so turn on the vent fan! Once cooked, they tend to fall apart. Why coconut milk? Dairy milk would bind them better. Next!
